Warehouse Supervisor OPS

Oversee daily warehouse operations in a pool chemical manufacturing and distribution facility, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and shipment of finished goods and raw materials. Collaborate with production, quality, transportation, and customer service to maintain inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and on-time customer deliveries while adhering to safety and environmental requirements. Responsibilities include managing receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, staging, and inbound/outbound shipping; maintaining inventory records via SAP and cycle counts; ensuring OSHA, DOT, environmental, and hazmat compliance; certifying inbound/outbound shipments and regulatory documentation; coordinating product transfers; leading warehouse staff and forklift operators; and driving safety and continuous improvement. Skills/experience emphasized: SAP/WMS proficiency, inventory control, hazardous materials handling, risk management, leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication. Education and certifications: high school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred; forklift certification and hazmat shipping certification preferred; must pass pre-employment checks.
