Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping while maintaining a clean, safe, and highly organized environment. Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking, tagging, and reconciliation of physical versus system inventory. Coordinate deliveries, operate company vehicles, and support onsite/offsite deployments as needed. Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, assign tasks to meet deadlines, and enforce safety policies. Monitor inventory levels, forecast equipment needs, and generate tracking dashboards. Identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions. Valid driver's license and experience with asset tracking systems required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse operations or supervisory experience
- Proven experience in IT asset management and inventory control
- Experience managing asset tracking systems and lifecycle processe
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (electric straddle stacker)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic systems (inventory tools, Excel, ticketing systems)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and more with assistance
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Ability to work in warehouse conditions and tight spaces
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT hardware deployment (laptops, mobile devices, etc.)
- Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar asset/ticketing platforms
- Prior experience in a managed services or technology environment
