Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •State law says you must be over the age of 21 to work at Spec's
• •Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• •Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with proper tools
• •Must be able to use a industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds
• •Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
• •Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday
• •Must be able to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos

• •Proficiency in warehouse management systems

• •Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and operational processes
• •Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and other departments

Desired Qualifications

• •We prefer that you have 1-2 years of supervisor or relevant role
• •We would like you to have a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED), but sometimes, experience is the best education
• •Counting is a major plus too as your count becomes inventory
• •Knowing when to come in from the rain is a plus
