Job Summary

Monitor team efficiency, ensure inventory integrity, and maintain vehicle safety while driving on-time customer order delivery. Create weekly schedules, coach employees, and enforce attendance and punctuality across warehouse, driver, and cleaning crew roles. Uphold company mission, safety regulations, and OSHA standards while managing inventory replenishment and workplace cleanliness. Travel to local and state facilities as required.

Required Qualifications

  • State law says you must be over the age of 21 to work at Spec's
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with proper tools
  • Must be able to use a industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday
  • Must be able to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos
  • Must be able to talk and communicate with coworkers and guests
  • You must be able to create scheduling and delegating tasks
  • You must be able to plan meetings
  • You must be able to share and configuring calendars electronically
  • You need the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals without the aid of calculator or abacus

  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and operational processes
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and other departments

Desired Qualifications

  • We prefer that you have 1-2 years of supervisor or relevant role
  • We would like you to have a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED), but sometimes, experience is the best education
  • Counting is a major plus too as your count becomes inventory
  • Knowing when to come in from the rain is a plus
