Job Summary
Distribution Center Supervisor on 2nd shift overseeing warehouse operations. Directs and develops a team to meet daily business needs, ensures safety and facility standards, implements shrinkage-control programs, coordinates with other supervisors and managers, completes internal reporting, and interviews/trains associates with coaching and progressive discipline as needed. Requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One to two years’ supervisory experience in a mid-size to large distribution center, or demonstrated skills through internal development program
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
