Job Summary
Oversee 10-15 indirect reports; train and develop staff; coach and develop team; manage resources to meet performance goals and strategic plans for the facility; achieve objectives for safety, food safety, cost, productivity, customer service and profitability; ensure compliance with state/federal/local regulations; participate in ongoing compliance training (PSM, BRC, Safety, Employee Relations); ensure quality of product entering/leaving the building and accuracy of inventory; verify shipments and disposition of production; maintain adherence to operational procedures and inventory control.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred, or combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of industry related experience with increasing responsibility for developing and leading teams
- Valid state issued driver’s license required
