Job Summary
Oversee and lead day-to-day warehouse operations, manage production teams, and coordinate human and material resources to meet target dates while maintaining quality and safety standards. Train, evaluate, and discipline staff to achieve productivity goals, report technical issues, and troubleshoot maintenance progress. Compile production data, generate reports, and enforce health and safety policies. Plan formation needs and follow up on training for all employees. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes through operational planning. Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varying schedules including evenings and weekends, requiring flexibility and hands-on leadership.
