Job Summary
Lead and coach Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through 1:1s, performance management, and SMART goal setting to drive operational efficiency and meet customer web and store demand. Monitor shift delivery against plans with the Section Manager, review weekly labour plans to ensure adequate cover, and create action plans for missed targets. Enforce the highest safety standards by conducting floor inspections, hazard spotting, risk assessments, and audits. Partner with the leadership team to support culture change initiatives aimed at reducing turnover and improving engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain
- High potential for people and change management
- Good systems skills
- Customer focused approach to operational management
- Resilient, flexible and approachable
- Problem solving ability in a fast paced business
