Job Summary
Oversee night shift warehouse operations from 5:30 PM to 4:30 AM, managing receiving, issuing product to production, and shipping activities while ensuring full WMS compliance and SOP adherence. Lead a team of 10-15 associates, conducting daily audits of receiving, storage, and shipping processes to verify accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Coordinate logistics provider pickups and escalations, manage shift handoffs, and perform performance evaluations and coaching for leads and associates. Ensure strict adherence to facility GMPs, SQF, and safety policies, including P.I.T. equipment checks and cold chain maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Computer proficiency to execute transactions and enter counts/corrections required
- Ability to use handheld data logging equipment required
- Must have Supervised at least 10-15 employees
- Must have 2+ years of warehouse experience in a leadership role
- General high school degree, or equivalent, (e.g. GED)
- This position requires 0% travel
