Job Summary
Oversees warehouse operations and supervises warehouse workers, coordinating activities with production, sales, records control, and purchasing. Responsibilities include verification of incoming/outgoing shipments, disposition of materials, maintaining current warehouse inventory, inspecting equipment, coordinating repairs with outside vendors and forklift mechanics, training new employees, coordinating staffing to cover attendance shortages, overseeing receiving and cycle counts, and performing month-end inventory reconciliations. Also serves as SuperUser for the Warehouse WMS system, ensures safety and cleanliness, supports planning of safety and plant protection activities, and upholds Niagara Bottling’s operational standards and teamwork-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 4 Years – Experience in Position
- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
