Job Summary
Supervisor, Warehouse 1 leads the distribution center team to achieve productivity, cost, quality, and safety goals. Responsible for planning, flow, and resource prioritization; establishes daily/weekly goals; drives process improvements across shifts; develops relationships with peers, HR, Asset Protection, Inventory Control, and Transportation; ensures OSHA compliance; trains and mentors team members to maximize performance; coaches for continuous improvement using SOPs; maintains a safe, clean warehouse and fosters teamwork; accounts for KPI reporting and performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or distribution center role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Office 365 and Word)
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- AX system knowledge is a plus
