Job Summary
Supervise approximately 20+ warehouse associates in a multi-temperature facility, monitoring production efficiencies, error performance, and daily workloads to ensure route departure times are met. Conduct regular training to maintain compliance with OSHA and NDCP safety practices, while administering random drug screenings and ensuring cleanliness meets FDA and OSHA guidelines. Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks, perform routine facility repairs, and maintain accuracy of all reported data. This Sunday through Thursday afternoon-to-evening shift role supports Dunkin' restaurants across the U.S. with a team of over 10,000 locations.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of previous supervisory experience within a Distribution Center environment
- 3 years of warehousing or distribution experience
- Proficient with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility in work hours/days; ability to adapt to business needs
