Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise up to 30 warehouse associates by monitoring production efficiencies, instructing staff, and distributing daily workloads to ensure route departure times are met. Conduct regular training to maintain a safe working environment and compliance with OSHA and NDCP safety practices, while providing counseling to address operational problems. Ensure facility cleanliness meets FDA and OSHA guidelines, delegate maintenance tasks, and perform routine repairs or schedule vendor inspections as needed. Maintain accuracy of all data reports and evolve existing reporting metrics. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and seminars as required. Assist in administering random drug screenings. Work Sunday through Thursday starting at 1 pm.
