Job Summary
Directly supervise day or night warehouse teams, ensure safety and sanitation, and maintain quality and productivity standards. Manage OS&D issues, oversee documentation for accessorial charges, participate in hiring and staffing decisions, and coordinate with shipping office personnel. Lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, provide clear written and verbal communication, and support management in incident investigations, training, and operational improvements. Prerequisites include a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift and pallet jack experience, and RF inventory familiarity; leadership experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
- Prior leadership experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Familiarity with RF-controlled inventory systems
- Experience handling food products is a plus
