Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise labor and scheduling, oversee inventory and safety, train associates to Metropolitan standards, ensure accurate loading/unloading, packing, scanning, and adherence to shipping/receiving deadlines; provide guidance to warehouse staff, lead daily stand-ups with senior and team leads, and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager, while ensuring efficient space utilization and compliance with safety processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or warehouse lead experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of previous inventory control experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
