Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations, supervise labor, scheduling, and training; oversee inventory, monitor safety, and ensure efficient use of warehouse space; coordinate with shifts and ensure on-time loading and shipping. Communicate goals to warehouse associates, develop strong relationships, monitor attendance and performance, and step in for the Warehouse Manager when needed. Requires proven leadership, strong communication, and experience with furniture logistics, inventory controls, and WMS/MS Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or warehouse lead experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous inventory control experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
- Ability to lift up to 75-100 pounds
- Ability to work extended hours or weekends
