Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Plan daily shipping and receiving activities to meet departmental metrics, including determining job assignments and coordinating receiving, selection, put-away, safety, inventory control, and sanitation. Interview, train, and develop staffing levels while identifying high-potential team members for succession planning. Foster positive relationships with team members and union representatives, ensuring adherence to policies and maintaining DC Scorecard metrics. Utilize data analysis to identify performance opportunities, coach work teams to achieve goals, and manage investigations or disciplinary actions. Operate material handling equipment safely and recommend process improvements to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership and/or warehouse management experience
- Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Conflict resolution and performance management
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
