Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Direct warehouse team on sequence to fill orders, build pallets, and plan daily delivery schedules while monitoring operations KPIs and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Enforce all safety procedures and company policies, prepare regular reports, and perform audits to evaluate processes and recommend efficiency improvements. Hire, train, and supervise staff while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners. Ensure proper paperwork supports system transactions and food safety initiatives. Work closely with distribution centers to manage production, procurement, and customer service level agreements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
- 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Forklift certification
