Warehouse Supervisor

Monitor orders, assign internal resources, and coordinate with departments and external transportation to assure on-time shipments. Ensure accuracy of material movement transactions including receipts, shipments, and interplant transfers by identifying and implementing improvements. Reconcile freight bills with actual shipments and route interplant trucking while maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse. Lead fork truck safety operations and supervise 4-6 employees in the materials department, providing training, performance feedback, and directing work in accordance with organizational policies.
