Job Summary
Supervise the warehouse team and designated facility operations to ensure company standards for service, quality, safety, and productivity are met. Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain inventory while planning production schedules and resource allocation. Train direct reports, assign duties, provide performance feedback, and track activities including sales, record control, and purchasing. Resolve employee issues, maintain open communication with all organizational levels, and operate machinery and material handling equipment. Work 1st shift Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. Requires 2 years of warehouse leadership experience, WMS proficiency, and ability to work in extreme temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
