Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee warehouse operations, supervise the warehouse team, train and provide performance feedback, and assign duties to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Manage procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain inventory. Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete assignments while tracking time and production records. Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products. Maintain safety and quality standards and work with leadership to meet service expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Comfortable with various noise levels and wearing PPE in cold or dry storage environments
