Job Summary
Hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead second-shift inbound operations at Jourdan Road distribution center. Responsibilities include supervising a on-site team of ~35 employees, ensuring safety, productivity, and efficiency while coordinating with Operations leadership. Manage inbound/outbound shipments, organize merchandise, maintain warehouse inventory, plan production schedules and resource allocation, track and report warehouse activities, and resolve employee issues. Candidates should have strong people leadership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working in freezer-based and varied temperature storage environments. Requires 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience, experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS), ability to work in temperatures from -20 F to 100 F, and ability to lift at least 40 lbs; flexibility to work weekends if needed. Required Qualifications
- 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
