Job Summary
Supervise daily warehouse operations, stage materials for outgoing shipments, and coordinate logistics through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL carriers. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely while loading and unloading trucks to maintain inventory accuracy. Complete deliveries throughout the Las Vegas area using a 26-foot box truck and generate operational reports for management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment while interacting professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries. Assist with light assembly and special projects as needed. Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, distribution, or inventory management experience
- Previous lead, supervisor, or team leadership experience
- Experience operating sit-down propane forklifts and stand-up reach trucks
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
- Valid driver's license with experience operating a 26-foot box truck
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL freight systems
- CDL
- Knowledge of the Las Vegas area
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with warehouse software and reporting tools
