Warehouse Supervisor-Kitting Department

Job Summary
Oversee the kitting process by gathering and packaging specific items into kits while maintaining inventory levels for stock kits and customer returns. Supervise 2 to 5 kitting personnel to ensure proper attendance, performance, and timely completion of duties, enforcing safe processes and requiring proficiency in warehouse equipment use. Enter warehouse transfer and issue tickets for inventory adjustments, manage cycle counts, and maintain complete files for all kits built and in process. Ensure daily receiving is completed accurately per company policies and handle special projects including assisting other branches and light building maintenance. Lift up to 75 lbs regularly, climb ladders, and operate industrial equipment within a warehouse environment that may include outside weather elements.

- Experience working with ERP systems
- 5+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience coaching and motivating employees
- Forklift Experience
- Should be able to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
- Should be able to climb a ladder
- Should be able to stock any product or equipment that Turner Supply Company sells
Desired Qualifications
- Some college preferred – business or logistics
