Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor leads up to 20 warehouse associates in a high-volume Parts Distribution Center servicing 177 Southeast Toyota dealerships; oversees receiving, picking, shipping, and de-vanning while driving production, quality, and safety targets. Partners with Operations leadership to execute goals, provides ongoing coaching and performance management, analyzes operational data to guide decisions and improve productivity, and champions continuous improvement initiatives including Hoshin goals. Fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture and ensures alignment across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong coaching, communication, and performance management skills
- Experience using data and metrics to make operational decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours in a 24/6 operation with rotating shifts
