Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise the receipt and storage of equipment, materials, and merchandise in stockrooms while managing a team of 10-12 direct reports. Recruit and interview stockroom employees, monitor turnover, and create training curricula to coach staff toward operational excellence. Establish measurable goals, solicit feedback from Workcell and Business Unit managers, and conduct professional performance evaluations. Streamline processes to reduce costs, maintain accurate stock records and tagging, and interface with engineering and program management functions. Ensure all team members adhere to safety, health, and security policies.
