Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor responsible for assisting the warehouse manager with supervising daily operations, overseeing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping; ensuring workflow efficiency and on-time order fulfillment; leading and developing a warehouse team; maintaining inventory accuracy and implementing safety/compliance standards; preparing schedules, reports, and coordinating with Customer Success and Transportation teams to resolve operational issues. Requires leadership, organization, problem-solving, experience in warehouse operations, knowledge of inventory systems, forklift operation (certification may be required), and proficiency with MS Office/warehouse software. Day shift with potential weekend work; physically demanding role in a warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts – certification may be required)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, warehouse software)
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding role (lifting, standing, moving goods)
- May require shift work, weekends, or overtime
