Job Summary
Inventory Control (IC) Supervisor in a Calgary Fulfillment Center leads daily inventory control operations including cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, and investigations, acting as the Manhattan WMS SME for inventory transactions and controls. Oversees returns, RTVs, damaged inventory, and ensures proper documentation of adjustments; monitors WMS transactions, troubleshoots issues, and generates reports to track inventory health and performance. Drives process improvement, SOP development, and compliance with policies and safety standards; provides coaching and leadership to Inventory Control associates and collaborates with inbound/outbound/operations teams to resolve issues. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Inventory Control or Warehouse Operations
- 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse environment
- Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan WMS
- Experience with cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
