Job Summary
Oversee inbound receiving operations by administering receipt records, scheduling dock assignments, and coordinating daily unload team staffing. Monitor carrier arrivals, unloading progress, and receipt completion while resolving operational exceptions and communicating with transportation partners. Lead and support a team of warehouse staff through coaching, training, and performance management to ensure safety and productivity. This role requires 1 year of supervisory experience and 2 years in a warehouse setting. Schedule includes night, weekend, and early morning hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year supervisory or management experience
- 2 years' warehouse experience
- Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
- Proficiency with warehouse, transportation, receiving, or appointment-scheduling systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
