Job Summary
Oversees and coordinates daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and distributing materials; supervises shipping and receiving, performs transfers of finish goods, ingredients, raw materials, and other supplies; manages inventory through audits and data entry in the warehouse management system; ensures accurate processing of customer orders; trains, mentors, and motivates warehouse staff; ensures safety and cleanliness; coordinates scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency; collaborates with other departments and uses WMS/software to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports; identifies opportunities to improve processes and productivity; conducts performance evaluations and supports staff development; flexible to work non-standard hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office
- Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse operations
