Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Manage a team of warehouse associates and oversee daily operations, including receiving, storing, and restocking products from suppliers. Conduct physical inventory, reconcile differences with computerized records, and replenish stock to ensure items are stored in correct locations. Supervise lead workers and staff, schedule shifts, and perform timely performance evaluations. Collaborate with other departments to develop strategic plans that increase warehouse efficiency and monitor expenditures. Enforce safety policies, resolve equipment issues, and report on security and loading productivity. Assist with hiring and training new employees.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or similar discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in distribution
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with State laws
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift up to twenty-five pounds at times
- This role requires regular, ongoing in‐office presence
- Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non-company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time
