Job Summary
Coordinate warehouse staff across receiving, picking, replenishment, and shipping while planning daily activities and staffing schedules. Monitor productivity, accuracy, and efficiency metrics, train team members, and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance. Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and equipment maintenance, and optimize layouts and workflows. Prepare operational reports, communicate with management, and conduct performance reviews. Requires 3+ years of warehouse experience, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, forklift certification, and ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience
- 2+ years in supervisory capacity
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with WMS systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Knowledge of warehouse best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification
- Understanding of OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or related field
- Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of labor management systems
