Job Summary
Lead and train warehouse associates and beneficiaries to reach production goals; coach and evaluate employee performance; share responsibility for overall production department performance; enforce pricing structure and maintain quality control of donated items including high-ticket jewelry; ensure safe, proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment; keep area organized and compliant with safety policies; perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lead, motivate and mentor teams of warehouse associates and beneficiaries
- Strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills
- Ability to differentiate quality of donated items
- Proven track record in meeting production goals
- Experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations
- Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs
