Job Summary
Experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisor needed to coordinate daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving; oversee staffing, prioritization, and timely processing while ensuring safety, compliance with OSHA/state/local requirements, and adherence to budgets; collaborate with BDM and Night Warehouse Manager on facilities maintenance and equipment needs; support Continuous Improvement initiatives and coach staff on performance, timekeeping, and career development; preferred qualifications include forklift/material handling equipment experience, AS400 and MS Excel proficiency, and experience supervising a team.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in warehouse supervision
- High School diploma, college degree preferred
- Ability to multi-task, delegate responsibilities and oversee multiple priorities
- Good verbal and written communication skills across all levels
- Mediation and conflict resolution and associated documentation
- Flexible schedule as required to fulfill business needs; Excellent attendance required
