Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day hub operations, facility management, and inventory auditing to ensure seamless distribution of materials to field technicians. Prepare, package, and label inbound and outbound shipments while managing cycle counts, stock audits, and product quality reports. Maintain overarching OSHA responsibilities including site safety documentation, forklift operation, and safety training schedules. Coordinate bespoke product orders for field technicians with full compliance to collection protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and senior management to align hub tasks with upcoming operational requirements. This hands-on role requires daily execution of inventory audits and material handling, with strict adherence to safety standards. Candidates must be located in the Dallas Area.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in a warehouse or hub distribution environment
- Valid forklift license with demonstrated skill in operating material handling equipment safely
- Capability to perform physical material handling tasks, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational habits with a track record of setting work priorities, managing time effectively, and maintaining reliable attendance
- Strict adherence to OSHA, safety protocols, and quality standards
