Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee shipping, receiving and distribution of goods; ensure orders are accurately and efficiently filled; perform quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods; maintain proper stock levels and records; maintain files on equipment; conduct routine and periodic inventory counts; order necessary equipment; ensure sites are adequately stocked and warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner; supervise warehouse operations with 10–15 direct reports; leverage ERP systems (BAAN or similar), Excel, and PowerPoint to track KPIs and inventory performance; demonstrate strong leadership, manufacturing/high-volume experience, and schedule flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2–3 years)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Proven experience leading teams (10–15 direct reports minimum)
- Experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments
- Warehouse processes: Material receiving Storage (layout, FIFO) Picking / kitting
- Experience with ERP systems (BAAN or similar), Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience tracking and managing KPIs
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency
