Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor for Legends at FirstBank Amphitheater responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations to meet product, supply, and equipment needs across the venue. Reports to the Warehouse Manager and assists in event planning and task delegation, maintaining top safety, organization, and sanitation standards in warehousing and storage areas. Key duties include cataloging and inventory control, coordinating warehousing activities with management, receiving and distributing supplies, optimizing storage space, reporting stock issues, reconciling vendor invoices and arranging emergency shipments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires supervisory experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree
- Two years’ experience in the receipt, storage or distribution of food and beverage, supplies or equipment, including at least 1 year at the supervisory level in an entertainment or convention center venue.
- Ability to promote and participate in a team environment
- Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate same with others
- Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
