Job Summary
Tooling Facility Supervisor II leads tooling operations, oversees a team of Tooling Coordinators, and drives inventory, calibration, shipping coordination, procurement, and tooling data management to support field operations. Responsibilities include maintaining tooling inventory and calibration, coordinating tool delivery/collection with Logistics, ensuring tool integrity, managing consumables stock, supervising tool maintenance, tracking and setting up tools for jobs, coordinating with Sourcing and Service teams to secure suppliers and service contracts, implementing ETM processes and QMS procedures, and assisting HR and safety initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on compliance and process improvements. Travel may be required; ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. Competencies include excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and proficiency with SAP ETM and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, or equivalent
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 1+ years managing and developing employees
- English proficiency required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Prior generator, gas, or steam turbines experience
- Exercise excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity working within a matrix organization
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Outlook
- SAP ETM will be a plus
