Job Summary
Directs and coordinates warehouse activities including receiving, picking, order processing, and shipping; leads daily operations; ensures ISO procedures; trains new hires; manages cycle counting; collaborates with Warehouse Management on issues; supports capacity planning and special projects to improve order processing and overall warehouse efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years’ experience leading people in a distribution environment
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to learn forklift operation
- Able to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Comfortable climbing ladders
