Job Summary

Oversee daily warehouse metal and bus fabrication activities across all van locations, coordinating receiving, storage, replenishment, and shipping while ensuring accurate inventory management and material tracking. Monitor warehouse space utilization, maintain organized storage systems, and support production teams by ensuring timely material supply. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations. Maintain clean and safe warehouse conditions, oversee proper equipment usage, and participate in incident investigations. This role requires 100% in-office presence in Surrey offices.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of warehouse lead/supervisory experience
  • Must have 4 years of warehouse experience
  • Experience managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and material flow
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and warehouse best practices
  • Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility
