Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor in Gilau, Romania responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receipt of raw materials, production kit preparation, inventory checks and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate inbound/outbound paperwork, organizing workload for warehouse staff, enforcing safety and PSI standards, and supervising secure/efficient packaging for customer orders. role also involves analyzing existing processes and proposing improvements to control costs and enhance customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate has a university degree (licență/masterat) and 5+ years in logistics/warehouse management, with strong English and MS Office skills, capable of leading a team and coordinating cross-functional efforts, and a methodical problem-solving approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in a related field
- 5+ years of prior experience in logistics/warehouse management
- experience managing staff or coordinating multiple efforts to achieve organizational goals
- advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
- advanced PC skills (MS Office: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Projects, Internet, Email)
- ability to work with multiple functional/technical disciplines
