Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor in Catano, PR responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager and supervising the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations within distribution center standards. Plan, manage, and coordinate daily warehouse activities, forecast volume and staffing to meet budgets, monitor site conditions for safety, develop relationships with the warehouse team, and coach/ train associates. May perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, knowledge of applicable government regulations, strong leadership, process-improvement experience, and proficiency with Word/Excel; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to Finish. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
- working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations
- strong leadership and engagement skills
