Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor role overseeing warehouse and delivery staff, ensuring safe and efficient operation; responsibilities include supervising staffing, routing and loading orders, maintaining DOT records and certifications, supervising vehicle and equipment maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, and providing leadership; also includes a Driver component handling safe truck operations, loading/unloading, processing shipping documents, collecting payments, generating sales leads, and delivering to various sites. Requires experience in warehouse receiving and material handling, forklift operation, OSHA/DOT safety knowledge, and the ability to train and lead a team; position located in Rochester, MN with hourly pay between $25 and $26, plus full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs
- Possess a proper and valid driver’s license
- Driving record that meets Authorized Driver criteria
- Able to pass DOT physical
- 3+ years of warehouse receiving and material handling experience
- Be able to supervise staff or act as a team lead
- Be able to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT and safety regulations
- Good English reading/writing/math skills
- Ability to learn computer-related systems for warehouse operations
