Warehouse Supervisor - DFW

Job Summary
Oversee and direct daily warehouse operations at multiple US TX locations (Addison, Allen, Carrollton, Dallas, Denton, Irving, Lewisville, Little Elm, McKinney, Plano) including receiving, put-away, consolidation, replenishment, picking, load checking, loading and shipping to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer service. Lead staffing, training, performance management, and staff engagement; conduct pre-shift meetings; drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; enforce policy, safety, and housekeeping; maintain reports and logs; ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations; collaborate with safety and other departments; requires shift work (Sunday–Thursday, 10:30pm–7am CST) and occasional travel between facilities. Qualifications include 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, RF/WMS proficiency (HighJump/PeopleSoft a plus), forklift certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent education/work experience in a distribution center
- 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Experience with handheld radio frequency (RF) unit
- Powered industrial truck certification within first 2 weeks of hire
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient use of MS Office; experience with WMS-HighJump/PeopleSoft; RF devices a plus
