Job Summary
Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, inventory storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch to ensure smooth end-to-end workflow and timely order fulfillment. Monitor real-time productivity via the Warehouse Management System, conduct floor inspections to resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate manpower allocation across zones based on workload. Enforce barcode scanning procedures, review inventory discrepancies, and lead shift performance while maintaining compliance with Workplace Safety & Health regulations and local food safety guidelines. Manage team leadership, conduct performance reviews, and address disciplinary matters promptly. Requires a Bachelor/Diploma degree, 2+ years in Q-commerce or grocery retail, proficiency in Excel, and elementary English. Based in Chattogram with no relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor / Diploma degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years in: Q-commerce / E-commerce, Grocery / Food Retail, FMCG
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including: XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & Basic data analysis and reporting
- Ability to communicate in elementary English (spoken and written)

- Currently based in Chattogram or willing to work there
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
