Job Summary
Lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through coaching, performance management, and 1:1s to address gaps and set SMART goals. Monitor shift delivery against plans with the Section Manager, driving efficiency to fulfill web and store demand on time. Enforce the highest safety standards by conducting floor inspections, hazard spotting, and risk assessments. Review weekly labour plans to ensure adequate cover and create action plans when targets are missed. Partner with leadership to implement culture change initiatives aimed at reducing turnover.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain
- High potential for people and change management
- Good systems skills
- Customer focused approach to operational management
- Resilient, flexible and approachable
- Problem solving ability in a fast paced business
