Job Summary
Define, implement, and ensure execution of procedures, written instructions, and safety guidance for warehouse employees handling receipt, storage, preservation, and issuance of components. Coordinate with Production Supervision to ensure efficient kit fill and manage timely, cost-effective shipment of all material. Supervise subordinates by authorizing hiring, terminating, evaluating performance, administering discipline, and approving leave. Ensure adherence to all DFJC Company Personnel Policies and operational directives while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal workplace safety regulations. Perform cycle count activities to document and control accurate asset accountability. This safety-sensitive role requires constant alertness for aircraft service and airworthiness. Compensation ranges from $58,543 to $78,193 annually.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Four (4) years of warehouse and/or inventory control experience
- Practical knowledge of methods, practices, and techniques of Warehouse Operations and/or Inventory Control
- Proficient in MS Office Suites
- Positive and professional written and verbal communication
- Must be able to hold meetings, create, and present material to groups at any level of the company
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role leading employees
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning, Capacity Resource Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Warehouse Management Systems
