Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, loading, dispatch, and shipping. Lead staff by coordinating work schedules, task assignments, manpower allocation, and shift handovers. Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, warehouse transactions, and operational documentation while conducting regular floor checks for safety and housekeeping. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with operations, inventory, transport, and client service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment processing. Train employees on operational procedures, safety practices, SOPs, and work instructions. Escalate operational issues, safety concerns, inventory discrepancies, and service risks to management. Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, service levels, and operational performance. Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment, storage systems, tools, and materials handling equipment. Support quality control activities during peak periods or absence coverage. Maintain minimum 3–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics operations, freight forwarding, distribution, or supply chain operations. Prior supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
