Job Summary
Manage warehouse operations and process efficiency by monitoring day-to-day activities, coordinating deliveries and shipments, and ensuring all inventory transactions meet customer expectations. Lead the operation team while overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, conducting periodic stock cycle counts, and maintaining office areas. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding warehouse arrangements and customer or supplier inquiries. Ensure all stock accuracy and timeline requirements are met through meticulous planning and analysis. Assist with quality control and continuous improvement initiatives to support overall effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 3~5 years of related working experience in logistics / 3PL / Contract Logistics with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency with the usage of computers such as Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system, and SAP system
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage an operation/admin team
- Strong leadership skills
- Meticulous, good analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization skills and planning skills
- Ability to use MS Outlook for email communication
- Proficient with computer function, Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system and PO system
