Warehouse Supervisor

Oversee the entire warehouse production process by planning, organizing, directing, and delegating daily tasks to ensure goals are met. Lead the team through selection, training, and development while acting as a working manager to set up, manage production, and handle breakdowns. Adjust picking schedules based on team speed and overtime needs, ensuring all events are loaded and sent out as scheduled with assets properly tracked. Enforce company policies, monitor breaks and uniform compliance, and proactively raise issues before they escalate. Propose new methods to improve efficiency and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
