Job Summary
As a Warehouse Supervisor for early morning operations, you will lead a small team at our Maryland terminal dedicated to flooring products. Responsibilities include supervising freight operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining accurate inventory, and training warehouse associates.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or freight operations experience (LTL strongly preferred)
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience a plus
- Forklift experience (certification preferred or able to obtain)
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Reliability and commitment to a consistent 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM schedule
